Eazy Desk Extended Warranty

Eazy Desk offers an extended warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship found in our new products. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. To be eligible for our limited warranty, customers must purchase Eazy Desk products from authorized Eazy Desk retailers or resellers.

  • Air Lift Sit Stand Desk - 1 + 1 year warranty.
  • Z Fixed Height Gaming Desk Frame - 1 + 1 year warranty.
  • Single Sit Stand Desk & Single Motor Sit Stand Desk Frame - 1 + 1 year warranty.
  • Dual Sit Stand Desk & Dual Motor Sit Stand Desk Frame - 7 + 3 year warranty.

 

What is Covered?

Our products at Eazy Desk are covered under our limited warranty against any defects in material or workmanship. This warranty provides coverage as follows:

 

 

What are your Remedies?

In the event that a product or part of a product is found to be defective due to improper workmanship and/or material under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance, Eazy Desk will replace the defective parts at no cost to the consumer. Alternatively, Eazy Desk may choose to replace the entire product or part of the product at their discretion. If a replacement is not available or repair is not practical or timely, Eazy Desk may offer a refund of the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

In the unlikely event that your Eazy Desk product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement item at no cost to you, with shipping included. 

Please note that repair or replacement, as outlined in this warranty, is the sole remedy available to the purchaser. Eazy Desk does not assume or authorize any other obligation or liability to be created in connection with this product by any person.


What is not Covered?

Our limited warranty does not cover any problems caused by the following:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
  • Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Eazy Desk.
  • Failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product's intended use.
  • Any alterations made to the product, including removal of any components or external covers, or if the product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels.

Please note that if any of the above conditions apply, our limited warranty will be void.

 

How to File a Claim?

To receive the benefits of our limited warranty, it is important to comply with the terms outlined in this warranty and follow the proper return procedure. If you need to request warranty service, please contact our customer service team via email at sales@eazydesk.com.ph (9am-5pm PHT, M-F). Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24 working hours and guide you through the claims process.


To file a claim, you will need to provide the following:

  1. A sales receipt that includes the original purchaser's name, address, date of purchase, and the name of the authorized retailer or reseller (please note that the warranty extends only to the original purchaser).
  2. The reason for filing the claim.
  3. A video or picture of the defect.

By providing this information, we will be able to process your claim and provide the necessary warranty service.

 

Implied Warranties and Limitation of Damages

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY, AND EAZY DESK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF EAZY DESK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

 

Governing Law

This warranty is subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
